Offer ends 14th April 2012. Should you subsequently be accepted into our PII programme we will provide you with a suite of 36 Recorded CPD CD's worth £499 plus vat.

How will we achieve a better deal for you?

We ask you to commit to our FREE 'collective' and to let us do your shopping around early. Its our intention to consolidate the risk profile of individual law firms and 'parcel' them up as 'blocks' of business that we will match to Insurers and their capacity.

For example, some insurers will have an appetite to insure sole practitioners, others do not, while some prefer conveyancing firms up to 5 partners and so on. There are many variations in insurer appetite that is only revealed through market knowledge.

It's essential that the buying group sticks together so we will ask you to allow us to act as your broker exclusively until the end of July if we have not found you an attractive offer by then you will still have plenty of time to act individually.

Who will be the insurer?

Several insurers have agreed to support our PII programme. All are on the SRA list of Qualifying Insurers and we will try to concentrate on the ones with the best possible security ratings. TSG Insurance and its team of insurance professionals will handle all individual placement activity.
